Education, technical resources, and proper planning and measurement are all critical factors when working with government entities. ACPA will continue to lead the way in providing these paving resources.

Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)

Education, technical resources, and proper planning and measurement are all critical factors when working with government entities.  ACPA will continue to lead the way in providing these paving resources.
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

The FAA’s major roles and responsibilities include regulating civil aviation to promote safety.  Encouraging and developing civil aeronautics, including new aviation technology. Developing and operating a system of air traffic control and navigation for both civil and military aircraft and airports.
National Concrete Consortium (NC²)

The National Concrete Consortium (NC²) is responsible for advancing concrete pavement research and technologies.  It is a national forum for concrete pavement research and technology transfer initiatives.

The American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO)

AASHTO is a nonprofit, nonpartisan association representing highway and transportation departments across the country.  It represents all transportation modes including: air, highways, public transportation, active transportation, rail, and water. Its primary goal is to foster the development, operation, and maintenance of an integrated national transportation system.
National Association of County Engineers (NACE)

NACE, the voice of county road officials, is a nonprofit, nonpartisan professional association. They provide the insights and actions for safe, efficient county roads and bridges. NACE advocates to federal officials and lawmakers the importance of funding these county-owned assets.
Transportation Research Board (TRB)

The Transportation Research Board (TRB) provides innovative, research-based solutions to improve transportation. TRB is a program unit of the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine, a non-profit organization that provides independent, objective, and interdisciplinary solutions.
American Public Works Association (APWA)

APWA strives to support the public works profession by defining the value of public works, enhancing the awareness and visibility of public works, and being the voice
of public works professionals.

US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE)

The USACE delivers vital public and military engineering services; partnering in peace and war to strengthen our Nation’s security, energize the economy and reduce risks from disasters. They oversee the Unified Facilities Guide Specifications for pavement construction for all branches of the armed services.

Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC)

The AFCEC, provides Civil Engineering services and enterprise lifecycle leadership to Air Force installations, including concrete airfield installations. They lead the way in delivering Civil Engineering enterprise solutions for their units.

Department of Defense (DOD)

The United States Department of Defense (the “DOD”) is an executive branch department of the federal government charged with coordinating and supervising all agencies and functions of the government directly related to national security and the United States Armed Forces.

Founded in 1963, The American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) is the world’s largest trade association that exclusively represents the interests of those involved with the design, construction, and preservation of concrete pavements.
